Videographer
London (hybrid)
Our client is looking for a creative and confident videographer to shape, capture and deliver video content across exciting sport and entertainment clients. The right person will be very hands-on with everything from planning to shooting to editing, creating standout content that ranges from quick-turnaround social clips to longer-form stories.
You’ll need to be comfortable owning shoots, directing on set, and building rapport with talent. Working with their in-house creatives, editors and producers, you’ll bring great ideas to life in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

In a nutshell 🥜🥜
- Shoot and edit high-quality video content across multiple formats, including branded content, social media, behind-the-scenes, VT packages, and sometimes longer-form features.
- Plan, direct, and produce shoots, often independently. From concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with creatives, editors, producers, and designers to bring concepts to life.
- Develop narrative-led content with strong storytelling and a clear brand voice.
- Confidently work on location, including shoots with high-profile sports and entertainment talent.
- Contribute to pre-production and shoot logistics, including permits, scheduling, kit prep, and location planning.
- Keep up-to-date with content trends, formats, and tools to continually elevate output.
- Follow internal file management and project workflows to ensure a streamlined post-production process.
What about you?
- 3+ years of experience in a videographer or content creator role, ideally in sport or entertainment.
- Strong camera operation skills, ideally with experience using a range of cameras but primarily a Sony platform.
- Strong editorial eye. Ability to identify and articulate a variety of storylines across a range of topics.
- Confident working with lighting setups and assisting with location sound.
- Proven ability to work solo and in team settings, often on fast turnarounds.
- Skilled in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve a plus).
- Comfortable interviewing talent and directing action on set.
- Excellent organisation, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A people-first approach, with great interpersonal skills and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours where shoots demand.
