We are looking for an experienced Software Developer for a growing Software house. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a close-knit, collaborative Development Team, working on some complex projects, where problem solving is of high importance.

To be considered for this role you'll need commercial experience in C# / .NET Development.

Tech Stack:
  • C# / .NET Core
  • UI Development (WPF / XAML / MVVM)
  • Entity Framework
  • API Design & Development
  • OOP
  • SQL
  • Git / TFS

Desirable skills include Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Android & Azure DevOps.

Role Overview:
  • Design & architecture of applications and design/development of user-facing applications
  • Building reusable code libraries
  • Testing, validation and optimisation
  • Cross application functionality
  • Documenting
  • Problem solving and investigation
  • Peer code reviews
  • Requirements gathering (ad-hoc)
  • Learning and upskilling into new technology

You’ll be joining an established Employee owned business (EBT), based in a great location in Carnforth / Cumbria. They have an unheard-of staff retention record due to the variety and progression within the role. Salary is £35K-£60K, plus bonus (standard is over 30%), annual pay review + annual cost of living increase to salary. Medical & pension. You’ll be able to work from home 2 days a week and get full home office kit provided.
