A growing agency is looking for a Social Media specialist who can own all aspects of organic social and content creation for a mixture of B2B & B2C clients, as well as the agency's own social media presence. It is a performance marketing agency with no designated social department, with clients who are screaming out for someone to come in and help strategise, plan, and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. The agency is a young, well-backed agency that is growing on all fronts. As the first person in Social Media, this is a great opportunity to develop and progress as the business continues to grow. Full ownership of the department, with the long-term vision to become the manager of a team, is expected.
Overview:
- Take end-to-end ownership of clients' social media – strategy, client meetings, planning, objectives, production, editing, posting, and reporting.
- Create high-quality video, images and written content that can be repurposed across many forms.
- Work with Paid Media and SEO to optimise.
- Engage in trends, testing, and development of the agency's offerings in social.
- Work with agency employees to increase their own social media presence, developing tone, and showcasing the agency and its work.
Experience needed:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in social media & content creation.
- Hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.
Salary £32-42K, based in Epping Forest / Essex. Need to be able to commute into the office and client site / shoot locations on a hybrid basis.
