We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Account Director who thrives on building relationships, winning business and delivering exceptional client experiences. The Opportunity
As Account Director, you'll act as a trusted strategic partner to clients, leading conversations at a senior level and helping transform briefs into impactful experiences. You'll work closely with creative, strategy and production teams to develop compelling solutions, lead pitches and presentations, and identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships whilst bringing new clients into the agency. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading new business activity including outreach, networking, pitch development and presentations.
- Growing and developing existing client accounts through strategic relationship management.

- Overseeing the successful delivery of experiential campaigns, events and activations.
- Collaborating with strategy, creative and production teams to create commercially strong solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to expand services and generate additional revenue streams.
- Supporting business planning, forecasting and overall agency growth.
- Acting as a senior figure within the agency, mentoring teams and championing best practice.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating at Account Director level within an experiential, events or brand experience agency.
- A proven track record of winning new business and growing client accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence leading client conversations.
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience overseeing experiential campaigns, live events, activations, exhibitions or conferences.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally with creative and production teams.
