We’re working with an exciting client who are looking for a Senior Creative to lead social-first ideas for some of the biggest names in global sport. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes sport, culture and social — someone equally comfortable concepting a reactive campaign in the morning, presenting integrated ideas to senior stakeholders in the afternoon, and mentoring younger creatives along the way.
You’ll sit at the centre of creative, comms and culture, helping shape campaigns that genuinely connect with audiences across social, editorial, partnerships and brand. - Vertical video and reactive content
- Editorial and episodic formats

- Brand and cultural activations
You’ll also play a key role in shaping how creative and communications teams work together, helping improve processes, raise standards and sharpen the overall quality of output across the agency.
What will you be doing?
- Writing copy, hooks and campaign messaging across owned and earned channels
- Turning reactive briefs around quickly without sacrificing quality
- Identifying cultural moments, trends and fan behaviours worth reacting to
- Partnering closely with strategy, insights and comms teams to ensure ideas are rooted in audience truth
- Using engagement and performance signals to evolve creative thinking
- Presenting ideas confidently to senior clients and stakeholders
- Mentoring and developing junior creatives across the team
- Helping shape the wider creative direction of the agency
You'll be great if...
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior creative role within an agency, sport or brand environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing social, campaign and editorial work that delivered real-world impact
- Excellent copywriting instincts and a clear creative point of view
- Strong understanding of platform-native content and social storytelling
- Ability to quickly visualise ideas through moodboards, mock-ups, rough cuts or motion
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with motion and AI creative tools seen as a strong advantage
- Confidence presenting and defending creative ideas to senior stakeholders
- Experience mentoring creatives and elevating standards across a wider team
- Strong awareness of sport, internet culture and the evolving social landscape
You’ll be comfortable working across Adobe Creative Cloud, with knowledge of tools such as:
- After Effects
- Runway
- Sora
- Flora
- Other AI-assisted image/video generation platforms
