KnoWho, Congleton, United Kingdom – Senior Account Manager

Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Creative full service Marketing & Communications agency focusing on Medical & Healthcare Communications. This role involves working on the creative side of Science, Tech, Health and Medical Comms, with specialties in events (live & virtual), software development & design (digital & print), digital marketing (content, social media, PPC, SEO paid media, email, video & audio), branding, advertising, PR, sustainability & social impact. You will work with one of the founders on medical societies, congresses and symposiums, liaising with medical professionals and Medical Writers, as well as managing email marketing, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, content and social media marketing for projects. You will work internally with creative & marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.

Responsibilities

  • Account and client management – using your developing experience of account management in the healthcare sector, you will deliver great work to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Marketing and communications – develop multi-channel marketing campaigns for the healthcare sector in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Relationship development – build and grow client relationships and identify new benefits for the client.
  • Communication – act as a point of contact for clients, keep the team and clients in the loop with project developments, and contribute to projects and account work.
  • Time management – manage multiple projects across multiple client accounts.
  • Consistency – leverage experience and proactivity to consistently produce excellent results.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £28-37K for Account Manager and up to £45K for a Senior Account Manager. They offer 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, enhanced company pension contribution, training & progression, team activities & social events, parking and hybrid working with a fully kitted out home office setup. There are opportunities for progression within the business.

Location and Schedule

Based in Congleton, England, United Kingdom. Office in the following pattern: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the office; flexible timings available.
