Account Manager / Senior Account Manager β Creative full service Marketing & Communications agency
We're looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager for a creative marketing agency, who work in Medical & Healthcare Comm
Unlike typical / traditional Med Comms, you'll work on the creative side of Science, Tech, Health and Medical Comms and they're specialists in Events (live & virtual), Software Development & Design (digital & print), Digital Marketing (Content, Social Media, PPC, SEO Paid Media, Email, Video & Audio), Branding, Advertising, PR, Sustainability & Social Impact. They're always look to progress into new markets and the latest trends for their clients.
For this role you'll be working with one of the founders on a lot of medical societies, congress and symposium. Liaising with medical professionals and Medical Writers as well as the email marketing, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, content and social media marketing for the projects. You'll have to work internally with creative & marketing teams to bring the campaigns to life.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Account and client management β using your developing experience of account management in the healthcare sector, you will deliver great work to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Marketing and communications β using your knowledge and experience of developing multi-channel marketing campaigns for the healthcare sector, you will assist in developing excellent client projects in collaboration with our wider team.
- Relationship development β you enjoy developing relationships with clients and seize every opportunity to help grow the accounts and identify new benefits for the client.
- Communication is key β as a point of contact for clients, it is important that you keep the team and clients in the loop with project developments, and that you can contribute to the projects and account work.
- Time management β your great time management skills will assist you whilst managing multiple projects across multiple client accounts.
- Consistency β you will use your previous experience and proactiveness to consistently produce excellent results.

Salary is Β£28-37K for Account Manager and up to Β£45K for a Senior Account Manager.
They work in office Monday, Wednesday, Friday and can work flexible timings.
As well as this youβll get 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, an enhanced company pension contribution, training & progression, team activities & social events, parking and hybrid working as well as fully kitted out home office setup.
