We’re working with a growing digital agency that’s looking to add a Paid Search Account Manager to their team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid hands-on Paid Search experience who enjoys owning client performance, building strong relationships, and helping shape best-in-class PPC campaigns. The role will suit someone who’s confident managing accounts independently, proactive with ideas, and comfortable working directly with clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and activating Paid Search campaigns across a portfolio of clients
  • Taking ownership of campaign performance, optimisation, reporting, and budgets
  • Working closely with clients to ensure campaigns align with wider business objectives
  • Identifying opportunities for testing, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Supporting strategy development and contributing ideas to improve Paid Search capabilities
  • Collaborating with wider teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns
  • Supporting pitches and helping grow existing client relationships

What they’re looking for:

  • 2–5+ years’ experience in Paid Search / PPC
  • Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Good understanding of Paid Search best practices, trends, and platform updates
  • Experience using Google Analytics
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and campaign analysis
  • Confident presenting to and communicating with clients
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach

Additional experience that would be beneficial:

  • Amazon Ads
  • Search Ads 360 or other enterprise PPC tools
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
