Marketing Executive (London Area)

We’re working on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing creative agency that is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with around 1 year’s experience in a creative, communications, or events agency environment, who is looking to take their next step in a varied and fast-paced role.

Central London – Hybrid – Salary: 27k+

About the Role

As Marketing Executive, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing the agency’s own brand and growing its digital presence. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll manage the agency’s social media channels, create compelling content, and contribute to digital marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and drive engagement.

You’ll also support internal communications, thought leadership, email marketing, and brand development – helping to shape how the agency shows up in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the agency’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Develop and schedule engaging content across digital platforms
• Support the planning and delivery of brand campaigns and digital strategies
• Assist with email marketing and newsletters
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights/reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to promote agency work and culture
• Ensure all content aligns with the agency’s tone of voice and brand guidelines
• Stay up to date with digital and marketing trends, suggesting fresh ideas and innovations

About You

• Around 1 year of marketing experience within a creative, communications, or events agency
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles
• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Confident using tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar
• Passionate about agency culture and building a strong brand persona
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn and grow
