We’re working with a growing digital agency that’s looking to add a Paid Search Account Manager to their team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid hands-on Paid Search experience who enjoys owning client performance, building strong relationships, and helping shape best-in-class PPC campaigns. The role will suit someone who’s confident managing accounts independently, proactive with ideas, and comfortable working directly with clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and activating Paid Search campaigns across a portfolio of clients
- Taking ownership of campaign performance, optimisation, reporting, and budgets
- Working closely with clients to ensure campaigns align with wider business objectives
- Identifying opportunities for testing, growth, and continuous improvement
- Supporting strategy development and contributing ideas to improve Paid Search capabilities
- Collaborating with wider teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns
- Supporting pitches and helping grow existing client relationships
What they’re looking for:
- 2–5+ years’ experience in Paid Search / PPC
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising

- Confident presenting to and communicating with clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
