Working across some of the UK's most high-profile sporting events, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding VIP guest and delegate experiences, helping clients create memorable moments before, during and after major events.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys making things happen. Someone who can confidently manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships and keep a cool head when working in a fast-paced live events environment.

The Role

  • Managing client relationships and day-to-day communications
  • Planning and delivering VIP guest experiences and hospitality programmes
  • Delegate management and ticketing coordination
  • Budget management and financial tracking
  • Supplier liaison and event logistics
  • Supporting on-site event delivery across major sporting events
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard

This is a genuinely all-encompassing role where no two weeks look the same.

About You

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager role within events, experiential, hospitality or brand activations
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience managing budgets and project finances
  • Exposure to VIP hospitality, guest experience, delegate management and/or ticketing programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
  • The confidence to take ownership and make things happen

Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for sport - particularly football - and be excited by the opportunity to work at the heart of major sporting events and experiences.

The Culture

The agency offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where individuals are trusted, empowered and encouraged to grow. Whilst the role is predominantly Monday-Friday, there will occasionally be weekend event work. Any additional time worked is given back through TOIL, ensuring a healthy balance between delivering exceptional events and enjoying life outside of work. Hybrid working is in place, with two days per week in a central Manchester office. The specific days flex week-to-week depending on event schedules and team requirements.

Why Apply?

  • Work on some of the UK's biggest sporting events
  • High-profile clients and exciting experiential projects
  • Genuine autonomy and responsibility
  • Opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious agency
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Hybrid working
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
