A growing agency is looking for a Social Media and Content specialist who can own all aspects of organic social and content creation for a mixture of B2B & B2C clients, as well as the agency's own social media presence. They are a performance marketing agency without a designated social department, with clients who need someone to help strategise, plan, and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is a great opportunity to develop and progress as the business continues to grow.

Overview

  • Take end-to-end ownership of clients' social media – strategy, client meetings, planning, objectives, production, editing, posting, and reporting.
  • Create high quality video, images, and written content that can be repurposed across many forms.
  • Work with Paid Media and SEO to optimise.
  • Engage in trends, testing, and development of the agency's offerings in social.
  • Work with agency employees to increase their own social media presence, developing tone, and showcasing the agency's work.

Experience Needed

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in social media & content creation.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.

Salary up to £50K. Based in Epping Forest / Essex. Need to be able to commute into the office and client site/on-shoot when needed, but genuinely flexible around days in.
