The Role

As a Creative (Experiential), you will lead ideation, shape strategically grounded concepts and bring them to life through compelling storytelling. You’ll work independently and collaboratively across a diverse portfolio of clients, from lifestyle to sport to entertainment, confidently adapting to each brand’s unique tone and personality.

You’ll turn ideas into pitch-winning stories, champion cultural thinking, and help push creative boundaries across the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Concepting & Ideation: Generate and develop strategically considered creative ideas across experiential, integrated and culturally relevant campaigns. Work across a wide range of projects with varying levels of involvement.
  • Cultural & Creative Inspiration: Bring cultural awareness and real-world insights to the table, ensuring ideas feel relevant and resonant. Offer thought leadership, inspiring both the creative team and wider business with knowledge of new tools, trends and innovative approaches.
  • Storytelling & Presentation: Turn smart ideas into compelling stories, crafting clear, succinct presentations. Confidently present internally and as part of pitch teams, bringing energy, charisma and clarity.
  • Collaboration: Champion a strategy-informed creative process, working closely with strategists, other creatives, production and client teams. Introduce and explore external collaborations, creative partners and innovative ways of working.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re an experienced, proactive and hands-on conceptual creative with:

  • A strong background in experiential marketing, plus a solid understanding of integrated channels (Social too!) and how they connect within cohesive campaigns.
  • A passion for digital, with a naturally digitally driven approach to creative thinking.
  • Experience or sound knowledge of PR and advertising, and how they intersect with experiential.
  • A proven track record of leading and conceiving winning ideas and seeing them through from concept to proposal.
  • The confidence to not only think big, but also get stuck in and execute with craft and intention.
