A vibrant and fast-growing beauty brand based in South Manchester is looking for a talented Influencer Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes influencer marketing and is ready to take ownership of the brand’s influencer strategy, working closely with high-profile creators and leading a small team.
About the Role:
As Influencer Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and executing impactful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement across key platforms. You’ll be managing and mentoring junior team members while developing authentic, long-term relationships with creators who align with the brand’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the influencer strategy across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, agents, and content creators – ideally with an existing network in beauty or lifestyle
- Lead, support, and develop a small team of influencer executives
- Work closely with wider marketing and brand teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals
- Track campaign performance and ROI, and optimise strategies accordingly
- Identify new talent and stay ahead of trends within the influencer and beauty space
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong, hands-on experience in influencer marketing, ideally within the beauty industry
- Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- A genuine passion for beauty, even if your previous experience isn’t directly in the industry
- Existing relationships with influencers and creators would be a real plus
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills
