Midweight Designer/ Senior Designer – Integrated Comms Agency
📍 South Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

We’re working with a leading full-service integrated communications and events agency in South Manchester, on the hunt for a talented Midweight Designer to join their creative team.
You’ll get to work across a wide range of exciting clients in Finance, Healthcare, FMCG, Tech, and more – delivering campaigns that really make an impact. A good mix of both B2B and B2C client work!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate closely with Designers, Copywriters, Content Creators, and Strategists to shape and deliver outstanding creative work
- Take concepts from idea through to execution – across both print and digital
- Lead solo design projects as well as support larger integrated campaigns
- Attend client meetings and help bring their brand strategies to life
- Deliver bold and boundary-pushing design work, from small to large format print (including for events and activations)
- Own the full design process – from ideation to artwork
- Provide input into creative direction and art direction
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a creative/agency environment at Midweight level
- A designer who lives and breathes creativity – across brand, digital, content, and print
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team
- Comfortable pitching and presenting ideas both internally and externally
- Experience with social and animation is a big plus
- Confident, proactive, and hands‑on approach to all projects
- Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
