Our client is a dynamic and innovative communications agency, specialising in delivering top-notch Exhibitions both nationally and internationally. We are supporting them with their search for a talented and motivated Exhibitions Project Manager to join their growing team. Agency/ Exhibition experience is essential for this role.
Location: South Manchester (Hybrid)
Company: Independent Growing Exhibition Design Agency
Salary: Up to 30k - 35k
Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions from start to finish
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and logistics
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth running and problem resolution
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best value for the client
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful, complex events with excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of event production, including audio-visual, lighting, and rigging
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and producing innovative and memorable events
