This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional live experiences - from large-scale conferences and exhibitions to immersive brand activations - while playing a key role in shaping creative output across the agency.

The Role

As Events Project Director, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, combining strong technical production knowledge with a creative mindset. You’ll be a central figure within the agency - leading teams, driving standards, and helping elevate the creative and production quality of every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of live events (conferences, exhibitions, brand activations)
  • Oversee all production elements including AV, technical, staging, and build
  • Collaborate with creative teams to shape and enhance event concepts
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships at a senior level
  • Lead and mentor internal teams, freelancers, and suppliers
  • Ensure seamless on-site delivery and high production standards
  • Contribute to the agency’s growth by improving processes and output

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior production or project director role within events
  • Strong 360° production knowledge across AV, technical, scenic, and build
  • A creative mindset - able to contribute ideas, not just deliver briefs
  • Experience delivering a range of event formats (corporate, exhibitions, activations)
  • Confident client-facing skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple complex projects

The Agency

You’ll be joining a genuinely lovely, collaborative team with a clear vision for growth. The agency is known for delivering high-quality, creative work and is at an exciting stage of scaling. There’s real opportunity here to shape your role, influence the creative direction, and grow with the business.

Why Apply?

  • Work on a diverse mix of high-quality projects
  • Be part of a supportive, ambitious team
  • Opportunity to influence creative and production output
  • Clear progression as the agency continues to grow
