A growing agency is looking for a Social Media and Content specialist who can own all aspects of organic social and content creation for a mixture of B2B & B2C clients, as well as the agency's own social media presence. They are a performance marketing agency, with no designated social department, and clients who are in need of someone to help strategise, plan, and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
As the first person in Social Media, this is a great opportunity to develop and progress as the business continues to grow. Full ownership of the department is expected, with the long-term vision to become the manager of the social team.
Overview:- Take end-to-end ownership of clients' social media - strategy, client meetings, planning, objectives, production, editing, posting, and reporting.
- Create high-quality video, images, and written content that can be repurposed across many forms.
- Work with Paid Media and SEO to optimise.
- Engage in trends, testing, and development of the agency's offerings in social.
- Work with agency employees to increase their own social media presence, developing tone, and showcasing the agency's work.
- 3+ years commercial experience in social media & content creation.
- Hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.
Salary up to £50K, based in Epping Forest / Essex. Need to be able to commute into the office and client site/on shoot when needed, but genuinely flexible around days in.
