KnoWho are partnering with a leading global exhibition design agency to find a Senior CAD Exhibition Designer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly creative and collaborative studio delivering world-class exhibition stands and experiential environments for international clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative design and technical precision, with a passion for bringing complex exhibition concepts to life through detailed, build-ready drawings.
As a Senior CAD Designer, you will play a critical role in translating creative concepts into high-quality technical and construction drawings for production and build teams globally. You’ll collaborate closely with 3D designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure designs are accurate, feasible, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Produce detailed technical, construction, and production drawings for exhibition stands
- Develop fully resolved CAD packages ready for fabrication and installation
- Work from creative concepts to ensure designs are structurally sound and buildable
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to refine and execute designs
- Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Support value engineering and material specification where required
- Maintain high attention to detail across all deliverables
- Strong experience using AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks
- Proven background in exhibition design, experiential design, or similar environments
- Ability to produce high-end, detailed construction drawings
- Solid understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and build methods
- Experience working with contractors and production teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience working on international exhibition projects
- Knowledge of 3D design workflows or integration with 3D teams
- Understanding of temporary structures or live event environments
