Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Directors and other employees to showcase the work they do as a business.
- Helping them become visible on LinkedIn.
- Producing storytelling content.
- Taking ownership of the company's social media platforms.
The agency is nearing 3 years old and produces creative and unique social media and content campaigns for a mixture of household names and challenger brands. They offer a mix of social media management, social strategy, UGC, influencer marketing & partnerships, and content creation, mainly across TikTok and Instagram.
Experience needed:
- Prior experience working in a personal branding agency or as a social media manager for directors, business owners, or entrepreneurs.
- End-to-end experience from strategy, content creation, to posting and management.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience.
Role overview:
- Work with founders on strategy for personal and company brand.
- Create and post on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Work with employees to develop and engage on LinkedIn.
- Film content either in office or on agency shoots.
