The Role

We’re looking for a client servicing leader who’s confident being the point of escalation, while still staying hands-on across one or more flagship accounts. This is an integrated role, so you’ll need a solid grasp of creative, digital media, and strategy, and be comfortable working closely with business leads to deliver and help shape the agency’s offering. App experience is key for this role too! As Senior Account Director, you’ll play a key part in the agency’s growth story: building relationships, spotting opportunities, and strengthening the commercial and creative output across your portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior point of contact and escalation across key accounts
