The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.
This is a unique role, taking over from one of the founding members of the agency. It focuses on three main things:
- Ensuring clients are fully supported and ensuring smooth delivery with excellent client experience
- Growing and retaining current accounts
- Improving processes
The agency works across PPC, SEO, web build/design/UX, and CRO/Data services. We need someone who understands our offerings and can work with different clients with varying levels of marketing knowledge.
You'll be leading all client communications, ensuring internal teams communicate with clients, and ensuring smooth delivery across all internal departments. The role is a mixture of client services, growth, and client success, and needs someone who is happy being the main point of contact for clients, whilst being able to offer strategic insights, think long-term commercially, and prevent and put out fires.

Salary: £60-75K + commission on account growth & new business. Contracted 4-day work week (Mon-Fri). Senior roles need flexibility. Location: Office in Bolton, 1-2 days WFH a week.
