We’re working with a growing, creatively driven events agency to find an experienced Events Project Director with true 360° production expertise. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional live experiences - from large-scale conferences and exhibitions to immersive brand activations - while playing a key role in shaping creative output across the agency.
The Role
As Events Project Director, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, combining strong technical production knowledge with a creative mindset. You’ll be a central figure within the agency - leading teams, driving standards, and helping elevate the creative and production quality of every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of live events (conferences, exhibitions, brand activations)
- Oversee all production elements including AV, technical, staging, and build
- Collaborate with creative teams to shape and enhance event concepts
- Manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships at a senior level
- Lead and mentor internal teams, freelancers, and suppliers
- Ensure seamless on-site delivery and high production standards
- Contribute to the agency’s growth by improving processes and output
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior production or project director role within events
- Strong 360° production knowledge across AV, technical, scenic, and build
