The Role

This position is centred around managing and nurturing existing client relationships across a range of creative events and technical production projects. You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported, confident, and excited throughout the process. Whilst this is not a Project Management role, you will need a strong understanding of technical event production in order to communicate confidently with clients and collaborate effectively with internal production and creative teams. You’ll be involved in everything from client meetings and proposal writing through to site visits and event handovers onsite. This is a relationship-led role for someone who enjoys being client-facing, commercially aware, and highly collaborative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing existing client relationships
  • Acting as the main point of contact across multiple accounts
  • Building trust and confidence with clients through excellent service
  • Writing proposals and supporting pitches for new and existing projects
  • Liaising closely with internal creative, technical production, and operational teams
  • Attending client meetings, site visits, and venue walkthroughs
  • Supporting event delivery from a client services perspective
  • Handing over live events to clients onsite and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing accounts
  • Maintaining strong communication across all business functions

About You

  • Previous experience within an events agency, live events, experiential, or technical production environment
  • Strong account management or client services background
  • A solid understanding of technical event production and live event delivery
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercially aware and confident discussing proposals and solutions with clients
  • Organised and calm under pressure
  • Happy working across office, client, and onsite environments
  • Full UK driving licence preferred

Importantly, they’re looking for someone who will fit their culture - collaborative, personable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

What’s On Offer

  • Circa £45,000 salary
  • Additional car allowance
  • Hybrid working model
  • Initially office-based within one of the Midlands locations, with flexibility to work largely from home as the role develops
  • Opportunity to join the business during an exciting period of growth
  • Supportive and established team environment
  • Excellent long-term progression opportunities
  • Exposure to exciting live event and production projects
