As a RevOps Manager for International within Revenue Operations, you will implement the rhythm of the business and related processes across all segments of our international sales organization, collaborating closely with revenue leadership from Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to drive performance at every level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the rhythm of business for the international revenue segments, including New Customer and Cross‑Sell initiatives.
- Communicate and prepare documentation on revenue performance for the VP of Sales Acceleration.
- Design and document key business processes within the revenue segmentation and collaborate with the Business Process Management (BPM) team on any cross‑functional processes that extend beyond Revenue.
- Rapidly diagnose operational improvement opportunities and recommend initiatives to drive higher revenue performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with revenue leaders to automate or improve processes using revenue technology solutions.
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross‑functional stakeholders, and lead the successful implementation of large and complex change initiatives.
- Design and compile key KPIs and data points through Excel and Slides for reporting purposes.
- Engage international revenue leaders and sales representatives to identify training and development opportunities, and collaborate with the training organization to ensure those needs are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- MBA or Master’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue operations within a SaaS company.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with B2B SaaS sales teams.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and Slide creation skills.
- Experience with cloud‑based enterprise software, including CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across organizations, geographies, and cultures.
- Skill in removing ambiguity and driving efficiency through documentation and new business processes.
- Capability to build relationships and trust across cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex, ambiguous topics into clear action items.
- Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from data.
