Security & IT Sales Account Manager

We're looking for an IT sales professional to sell security services into a warm, existing client base, no cold calling required. You'll manage initial accounts, respond to inbound interest from our marketing activity, and spot opportunities already sitting inside our current clients, from support tickets to billing conversations to compliance questions. Our clients are established SME leaders Managing Directors, Operations Directors, IT Managers running businesses across professional services, creative agencies, healthcare, property, and manufacturing. They're not technical, and they don't want to be. They want technology that's reliable, secure, and doesn't get in the way of running their business. Your job is to translate security into business value they actually care about, protection, peace of mind, and staying ahead of risk - not technical jargon. What you'll be doing Selling security services as your core focus Managing and growing existing client accounts Reacting to inbound marketing leads and turning them into conversations Resolving client conflicts (e.g. billing disputes) with a calm, solutions-first approach Working closely with head of sales and the technical team to shape the right solution for each client What we're looking for
