An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Maintenance Department for an experienced and driven Reliability Engineer to join the team based in Barnsley. This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance by improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Working closely with Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams, you will play a leading role in identifying and mitigating risks to critical assets, developing robust maintenance strategies, and implementing best-in-class reliability practices. The Role

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that improve equipment performance, reliability, and overall operational efficiency. Using Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Lean methodologies, and Root Cause Analysis techniques, you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site. You will act as a technical leader within the maintenance function, supporting and developing the engineering team while working collaboratively with production colleagues to maximise plant performance.
