£24,000-£30,000 p/a, 8am-4pm
+ company pool car

Company Description
My client is a bespoke specialist services provider, primarily to the rail industry, but also within the utilities and local authority sectors.
The client is based in Rayleigh, Essex, with regional offices located in Kent, Humberside, and Durham.

My client aims to be the preferred supplier for a total aerial Arboricultural management service to the rail, utility and local authority sectors. They currently undertake aerial surveying and classification of trees along the Network Rail asset, with a remit to identify problematic trees and recommend a suitable, sustainable solution.
This is a full-time role, requiring some flexibility for occasional remote work.

The Arboriculturist will be responsible for tasks related to our UAV / DroneArb:

* Analysis of our DroneArb aerial footage

* Species identification for the DroneArb project

* Ability to categorise lineside vegetation accurately

* Ability to create accurate, sustainable work prescriptions within a time and safety critical environment

Qualifications

* Level 3 Arboricultural qualification

* Excellent Tree Identification

* Knowledge of tree health, pests and diseases

* Knowledge of tree physiology and risk management

* Ability to work independently and travel to various locations across our operational footprint

* Strong IT knowledge and experience

* Strong communication and reporting skills

* Full UK driving licence

* LANTRA Professional Tree Inspection is desirable

* Experience in conducting tree inspections and assessments is desirable

* Are you comfortable working in an office setting with occasional setting, with occasional remote working?

* Are you willing to take a drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations?

* Do you hold a Level 3 Arboricultural qualification?

* Do you hold a PTI certification?

* How many years’ experience have you in the Arboricultural industry?

Schedule:
