Know How Resourcing are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, assisting with fabrication processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. Pay: £12.21 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday

Hours: 6am - 2.45pm

Responsibilities:

  • Operate various manufacturing machinery.
  • Assist with assembly and disassembly of components using hand tools and specialised tooling.
  • Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and movement.
  • Conduct basic measurements and calculations using fundamental math skills to ensure precision in production.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards are maintained.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
