Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Book appointments and coordinate schedules between engineers and clients for home equipment setups and service visits
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Monitor office supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure equipment is maintained and fully operational
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams to ensure overall productivity and organisation
- Assist with diary management, meeting coordination, and other clerical duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is essential
