As an experienced FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will:
- Operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve goods within our high-bay racking system
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all H&S regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manoeuvre reach trucks in narrow-aisle environments
- Complete electronic pick lists using handheld scanners or sheets
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Valid FLT (reach truck) licence and up-to-date training certificate - In house licenses accepted
- Proven experience in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet productivity targets
- Strong commitment to health & safety best practices
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-player attitude
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off 07:00-19:00 (this is inclusive of weekends)
