The Enclosing Operative is responsible for operating and supporting automated enclosing equipment to ensure personalised and non-personalised mailings are assembled accurately, securely, and in accordance with job specifications, quality standards, and data protection requirements. The role is critical to maintaining client confidence, data integrity, and regulatory compliance within a direct mail production environment.
This role requires someone to have experience within Direct Mailing and you would also be willing to work night shifts as the working hours are 9pm to 6am, Monday to Thursday.
Machine Operation
- Set up and operate enclosing and inserting machines.
- Load printed materials, inserts, envelopes, and consumables correctly.
- Adjust machine settings for format, thickness, fold type, and pack configuration.
- Monitor runs to maintain accuracy, integrity, and output efficiency.
- Clear stoppages and perform basic troubleshooting.
