We are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Operative with joinery experience to work in a modular home manufacturing environment based in Bradford. This is a workshop-based role with consistent hours and an early finish on Fridays.
Key Duties:
- Bench hand joinery work within modular home manufacturing
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately
- Working from measurements, drawings, and instructions
- Supporting production teams to meet daily targets
- Maintaining quality and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous bench hand or joinery experience
- Experience using power tools
- Ability to read measurements accurately
- Background in manufacturing or modular housing preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Successful completion of a skills assessment prior to starting
