Are you committed to developing talent and driving meaningful change in workforce development? We are looking for an experienced and motivational Regulatory Compliance expert to join our team to support learners in achieving their Regulatory Compliance Officer qualifications, with engaging and inspiring delivery.
As a Skills Coach with Babington, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their learning programme, whilst creating and maintaining cohesive and communicative relationships with learners and employers. You will use your exceptional teaching and learning experience to provide blended academic and pastoral advice, guidance and support, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment, whilst delivering excellence to learners.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct and interpret detailed skills gap analysis with learners to accurately identify learner’s starting points, prior achievements, and experience.
- Provide in-depth coaching and mentoring support and advice throughout the learning journey and End Point Assessment through an effective use of coaching frameworks.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationship with a diverse range of employers, ensuring that they are informed and part of the learning journey for their workforce.
- Promote and embed Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, British Values, Prevent and Health and Safety to all learning sessions.
- Compile and maintain all learner documentation on the relevant e-portfolio system.
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent.
- Customer Service qualification or substantive customer service experience.
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) qualification.
- Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA / TAQA) would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of the Awarding Organisations, End Point Assessment and other regulatory arrangements.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and end-point assessment criteria.
- Experience managing learner caseloads and delivering against performance targets.
- Excellent communication, time management, and digital delivery skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their goals.
