Paragon Skills in the South East England region is seeking an experienced Personal Tutor to support Health & Social Care learners undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. This role is remote with travel and offers a salary up to £32,000 plus a performance bonus, with a 36.5 hour week and a Friday finish at 4pm.

You will manage a caseload, provide coaching, assessment and progress reviews, build relationships with employers and ensure learners complete programmes on time.
