Location: Remote with travel
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Generous Commission Scheme
Working days: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week)
As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor across Babington's apprenticeship and commercial training portfolio. Aligned to one of our core market verticals (Public Sector) you will drive revenue through a consultative, solution-based sales approach. Working closely with the Head of Customer Engagement and internal stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, build strong pipelines, and influence decision-makers at all levels to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage strong, long-term customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
- Retain and grow existing accounts through repeat business and expanded training solutions
- Identify, engage and secure new business opportunities within your market vertical
- Deliver consultative sales conversations that uncover customer needs and align solutions effectively
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Represent Babington professionally at networking events, meetings and industry forums
- Collaborate internally to ensure high-quality customer experience and successful delivery
