Are you a sharp, delivery-focused Business Analyst who thrives on untangling complex processes and turning them into streamlined, high-performing workflows? We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join us for a 3 month FTC to lead a critical transformation project focused on optimising our learner enrolment journey from first touchpoint to onboarding. This is your chance to make a visible, measurable impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

You'll take ownership of a full end-to-end review of our learner enrolment process identifying inefficiencies, unlocking the full potential of our systems, and designing smarter, more scalable ways of working from mapping current workflows to implementing real change. This is a hands-on role with real influence.

Responsibilities

  • Deep dive into the current enrolment process—mapping, analysing, and identifying gaps
  • Engage cross-functional teams (Sales, Enrolment, Ops) to uncover pain points and opportunities
  • Evaluate how tools like Salesforce, Appointedd, Bud, and Dotdigital are used—and how they could be used better
  • Define and design a future-state process that improves efficiency and learner experience
  • Deliver practical, prioritised recommendations (quick wins + long-term improvements)
  • Support implementation-process redesign, automation, system enhancements
  • Drive adoption through training, UAT, and stakeholder engagement
  • Track impact through KPIs such as enrolment time, conversion, and data quality

What skills, experience and abilities we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in process-heavy environments (education, training, operations, or similar)
  • Strong background in process mapping, optimisation, and transformation
  • Solid understanding of CRM and workflow systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable solutions
  • Confident stakeholder manager—able to challenge, influence, and bring people with you
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for improving customer/learner experience
