This is a commercially focused marketing role responsible for driving lead generation, marketing performance, and marketing data management across the Knovia Group portfolio of businesses. The Marketing Executive will support marketing activity across:

  • Paragon Skills
  • Shaping Lives
  • Babington
  • Tempdent

The role will focus on ensuring marketing activity across these businesses is data-driven, commercially focused, and aligned to revenue growth. This role will play a key role in managing marketing automation, campaign data, CRM systems, and lead generation activity, ensuring that marketing campaigns generate high-quality leads and measurable commercial impact. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data, supporting the Group Marketing Director in ensuring marketing activity contributes directly to sales pipeline growth across the Knovia Group.

Group Lead Generation and Pipeline Growth
  • Support the development and delivery of lead generation campaigns across Knovia Group brands
  • Design and execute data-led marketing campaigns to drive employer and learner acquisition
  • Work closely with commercial and sales teams across the group to ensure leads are effectively managed and converted
  • Ensure marketing activity contributes directly to sales pipeline growth and commercial targets
Marketing Data and Performance
  • Maintain and manage marketing and prospect data across all Knovia Group brands
  • Analyse campaign performance across channels and brands to track: Lead generation, Conversion rates, Campaign performance, Marketing contribution to revenue
  • Produce regular performance reporting to support data-driven marketing decisions
Marketing Automation and CRM Management
  • Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns and marketing automation journeys in DotDigital
  • Build and maintain automated lead nurturing programmes to support learner and employer engagement
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data integration between DotDigital and Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain strong CRM data quality and segmentation, enabling effective campaign targeting
Campaign Execution & Marketing Support
  • Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, website, and social media
  • Assist in the creation of marketing content and communications that support lead generation campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues across the group to deliver consistent and commercially focused campaigns
What we need from you:
  • Experience in a commercial marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations role
  • Strong experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Experience using marketing automation or email marketing platforms, ideally DotDigital or similar
  • Experience working with lead generation campaigns and marketing funnels
  • Previous experience working in education, apprenticeships, or skills-based sectors would be advantageous
  • Experience developing automated marketing journeys and segmentation strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaign performance
  • Ability to manage own time and resources effectively
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
