As a Senior Workspace Manager, you will play a critical role as the liaison between our clients and cross-functional departments. You will lead a team of 12 direct and in-direct reports and be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of 18 buildings. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and a high-quality customer experience. You’ll maintain strong relationships with landlords, customers, and your team while delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of four Workspace Managers.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure optimal coverage and performance across all 18 buildings.
  • Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment, driving accountability and excellence.

Building Operations:

  • Take ownership and responsibility for the customers within the buildings.
  • Keep O&M (Operations & Maintenance) Manuals updated for all properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with building managers and landlords to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead the Health Check Audit process from start to finish.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Coordinate and lead bi-weekly meetings with key customers, providing feedback to the Customer Relationship Manager.
  • Organise and chair quarterly meetings with Building Managers for each building to review performance, resolve issues, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Workspace Managers, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Customer Experience & Advocacy:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Advocate for customers by identifying strengths and weaknesses in operations and communicating effectively with the broader Workplace team.
  • Support and lead customer experience or hospitality-related projects as needed.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure all Workspace files and drives are up-to-date and contain accurate information.
  • Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services with a positive and hospitable attitude.
  • Maintain oversight and accountability for all 18 buildings, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and resolving any on-site or remote issues promptly.
