Located in the heart of Clerkenwell, this iconic 22,000 sq ft space serves as a vibrant Work Club during the week and a premium event venue on evenings and weekends, maximizing its use and versatility. As our flagship location, Old Sessions House offers an ideal mix of co-working areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces, with plans to scale the product further this year.

Position Overview:

We are now seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial minded Membership Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bring new businesses and members into our diverse and eclectic community, playing a key role in the overall House’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients, ranging from startups to established companies, who would benefit from Knotel’s flexible membership options at Old Sessions House.
  • Be the first point of contact for all customers and potential customers by telephone, email or leads via the website
  • Qualify customers through analysis pre-call to learn about their business and potential needs.
  • Proactively execute outbound sales strategies through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to introduce Knotel’s offerings and generate interest. Serve as the first point of contact for all new prospects.
  • Utilizing creative sales strategies to win business and ensure the successful membership of new members
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Knotel’s membership offerings—including Flex Membership, Work Lounge Lite, and Work Lounge—and effectively communicate the benefits of each to potential clients.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce and other tools, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and guiding them through each stage of the sales funnel from prospect to member.
  • Arranged and curated tours of Old Sessions House, showcasing the common work spaces, meeting rooms, and event areas.
  • Clearly and articulately explain our value proposition and flexibility of our solutions to prospective members.

Who you are:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within real estate, hospitality, co-working, or related industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys overcoming challenges.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/Monday.com) to manage leads and track sales performance.
