Knotel is seeking a professional, hospitality-focused Front of House Associate to be the welcoming face of Old Sessions House, a beautifully restored and vibrant workspace in the heart of London's Farringdon! As part of our Facilities and Hospitality team, you will play a key role in shaping the visitor and client experience, ensuring every guest, especially VIPs, receives a warm, seamless, and premium service from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Presence: Deliver a friendly, efficient, and professional welcome to all visitors and members.
  • VIP Guest Support: Manage and anticipate the needs of VIP guests with discretion and care.
  • Hospitality Collaboration: Support the wider hospitality team during events, helping coordinate logistics, setup, and guest services.
  • Daily Operations: Assist in day-to-day front desk responsibilities including visitor logs, calls, and coordinating building access.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with your Front of House partner and the Facilities team to uphold Knotel’s high standards of service and presentation.

About You:

  • Experience in a front of house, concierge, or hospitality role (ideally in a premium or client-facing setting).
  • A confident communicator with a proactive approach.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling multiple priorities at once.
  • A natural team player, flexible and dependable across a rotating schedule (between 8am and 8pm).
