Offering a Workclub during the week which supports businesses and their employees, and a high-end event space in the evenings and weekends, we maximize the yield of the 22,000 sqft Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell.
Knotel is seeking a professional, hospitality-focused Front of House Associate to be the welcoming face of Old Sessions House – a beautifully restored and vibrant workspace in the heart of London's Farringdon!
As part of our Facilities and Hospitality team, you will play a key role in shaping the visitor and client experience, ensuring every guest – especially VIPs – receives a warm, seamless, and premium service from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Presence: Deliver a friendly, efficient, and professional welcome to all visitors and members
- VIP Guest Support: Manage and anticipate the needs of VIP guests with discretion and care
- Hospitality Collaboration: Support the wider hospitality team during events, helping coordinate logistics, setup, and guest services
- Daily Operations: Assist in day-to-day front desk responsibilities including visitor logs, calls, and coordinating building access
- Teamwork: Work closely with your Front of House partner and the Facilities team to uphold Knotel’s high standards of service and presentation
- Experience in a front of house, concierge, or hospitality role (ideally in a premium or client-facing setting)
- A confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling multiple priorities at once
- A natural team player, flexible and dependable across a rotating schedule (between 8am and 8pm)
