This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Manager at KNOT Technologies. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of a growing portfolio of enterprise clients, acting as their primary strategic partner as they adopt and scale on KNOT’s AI-powered ticketing platform.
You will be responsible not only for managing and expanding your own book of accounts, but also for shaping how account management is done at KNOT. This includes defining best practices, building repeatable processes, and working closely with leadership to lay the foundations of our UK customer operations. As KNOT grows, you will play a key role in hiring, mentoring, and leading the UK account management team.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions for event organizers, sports clubs, and venues. You will proactively identify opportunities to deepen client engagement, drive adoption of new features, and unlock long-term value across each account. This role comes with a high degree of autonomy, accountability, and influence. Your work will directly impact customer success, revenue growth, and how KNOT scales its enterprise relationships in the UK and beyond.
Responsibilities- Own and scale a portfolio of enterprise clients end to end, acting as KNOT’s senior commercial and strategic lead across each account from onboarding through long-term growth.
- Build and grow your own book of business, driving retention, expansion, and commercial performance across KNOT’s products, integrations, and partnerships.
- Define how account management operates at KNOT in the UK, including processes, success metrics, playbooks, and client engagement models as the business scales.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to deliver complex rollouts, integrations, and high-impact initiatives for key clients.
- Lead senior client relationships, owning renewals, commercial discussions, and executive-level engagement while anticipating risks and unlocking new opportunities.
- Lay the foundations of the UK account management team, supporting hiring, onboarding, and mentoring as KNOT expands its regional footprint.
- Proven experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or partnerships within a SaaS, platform, or technology-led business. Previous experience within the ticketing ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to own revenue-bearing client relationships and operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Strong commercial judgement with experience managing renewals, expansions, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Comfortable working in early-stage or high-growth environments, where structure is built rather than inherited.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, strategic, and resilient, with the ability to balance hands-on execution and long-term thinking.
