We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Team Leader to help deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the daily running of our cafés. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role on the shop floor leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and their perfect drink).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service by engaging with customers and bringing the Knoops experience to life.
- Lead by example in creating welcoming, positive, and memorable interactions.
- Support, motivate, and guide the barista team during shifts.
- Help create a positive team culture with strong communication and collaboration.
- Assist with the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Support with stock management, product availability, and store organisation.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met.
- Maintain high levels of quality and presentation across all drinks and service.
