Thrive Practitioner, with behaviour and attendance support

The successful candidate will be required to deliver Thrive across the school, provide support for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in supporting staff with management of pupil behaviour and to communicate and provide support to parents to promote good attendance for all pupils.

You will:

  • be professional and a good role model for our pupils
  • promote the achievement of every child
  • work effectively as part of a team
  • motivate and inspire children and colleagues
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be able to work well under pressure
  • be committed to building strong parental and professional links
  • have GCSE (or equivalent) maths and English
  • be a certified Thrive Practitioner, or willing to undertake the training
  • have direct experience of working with children with additional learning needs and/or willingness to learn
  • be expected to show a strong commitment towards developing inclusive learning opportunities for the children and the flexibility to work across the Key Stages

36 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year)

Grade E £31,158-£33,987 FTE pro rata to £26,724-£29,150 (depending on service)
