Purpose of the Role

Drive revenue growth and market expansion by meeting and exceeding financial and activity targets across the UK & Ireland. Champion MillerKnoll’s brand by building strong, commercially focused partnerships with dealers and the A&D community, ensuring ease of doing business and positioning MillerKnoll as the partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed sales targets: Consistently achieve and surpass UK & Ireland financial goals through proactive pipeline management and strategic account development.
  • Develop dealer partnerships: Strengthen relationships with allocated dealers by providing technical expertise, specification support, and commercial insights that drive mutual growth.
  • Enable client success: Provide product, technical, and software training that empowers dealers and clients to maximize their commercial opportunities.
  • Drive operational excellence: Ensure all client enquiries, quotations, sample requests, and administrative tasks are handled with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Expand A&D influence: Identify partnership opportunities across the A&D market to increase awareness and adoption of MillerKnoll solutions, positioning the brand as a trusted design resource. Provide A&D cover and support in identified markets. Help position MillerKnoll’s go to market strategy in A&D community. Align with A&D quarterly enablement strategy and support business development / lead generation activities.
  • Win projects through expertise: Prepare compelling project specifications and quotations that secure business and reinforce MillerKnoll’s value proposition.
  • Maintain market presence: Regularly visit dealers, embedding yourself in their offices where possible to strengthen collaboration and visibility.
  • Engage in strategic meetings: Actively participate in sales and client meetings, contributing insights that advance MillerKnoll’s commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the wider MillerKnoll sales organization to deliver cohesive strategies and win dealer projects through unified execution. Build strong links with all MillerKnoll brands.

  • Willingness to travel. Most will be London based but this role will include travel across UK & Ireland.
