As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our European sales team by ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding support to both internal teams and external clients.You will act as a key liaison between sales, operations, and customers—helping to maintain high levels of satisfaction and operational excellence. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver world-class products and services to clients across various sectors.Key Responsibilities (*including but not limited to)*:* Acheive performance targets as outlines by the Sales Support Manager* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email to support the sales process.* Accurately process both UK and international orders, ensuring all export documentation is completed correctly.* Confirm orders and allocate stock in line with customer requirements.* Proactively manage customer expectations in cases of product shortages or delays, and escalate unresolved issues to the team leader.* Ensure product returns are processed within the designated timeframes.* Handle customer complaints efficiently, seeking resolution or escalating when necessary.* Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and customer data for assigned account managers.* Complete assigned Salesforce tasks promptly and accurately.* Assist account managers and customers by providing marketing materials, product images, and samples throughout the sales cycle.* Attend client site visits with account managers when required.* Regularly collect and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement.* Serve as the primary contact for all “C” accounts, providing quotes and stock availability information.* Offer technical support to customers, including assistance with the webshop and other platforms.* Contribute to market research and trend analysis to support product development.* Respond to queries related to web and eBay orders with accuracy and professionalism.* Provide cover for colleagues during absences as part of the buddy system.General:* Maintain CRM database - Salesforce, daily.* Attend events/exhibitions as and when required* Attend individual fortnightly catch ups with Sales Support Manager* Attend monthly team meetingsCompetencies:* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.* Excellent multitasking abilities and capable of managing competing priorities effectively.* Works well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.* Experience in customer service, order processing, or inventory management is advantageous.* Additional language skills are highly desirable and beneficial for supporting international clients.* Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and learning new digital tools.Characteristics:* Dependable and highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.* Professional and positive attitude, with a strong sense of accountability.* Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.* Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.* Adaptable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.* Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Simply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
