This role is responsible for driving revenue growth for Colebrook Bosson Saunders across the Northern region of the UK. Working collaboratively with internal teams and channel partners, the position will develop and execute effective sales strategies while providing consistent, high‐quality support to dealers, enabling them to achieve strong and sustainable sales performance.

A key element of the role includes ownership and management of the Colebrook Bosson Saunders pop‐up space, ensuring it is effectively operated as a commercial and experiential environment. This includes overseeing its use to facilitate customer visits, product demonstrations, and hosted events, creating engaging experiences that support sales activity, strengthen relationships, and showcase the Colebrook Bosson Saunders value proposition.

The role will play a key part in developing and sustaining strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including specifiers, manufacturers, and dealer partners (accounts). Working in alignment with wider organisational objectives, the position will focus on maximising market opportunities across the region.

A proactive and commercially driven approach is essential, with responsibility for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities, addressing market challenges, and effectively leveraging available resources. This will be critical in delivering sustainable regional growth and long‐term business success.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively visit accounts and utilise dealer showrooms as a base of operation, building strong working relationships and establishing familiarity with all dealership teams and personnel.
  • Own and manage the Colebrook Bosson Saunders elements of the Manchester pop‐up space, delivering a seamless customer, partner, and commercial experience by ensuring all operational and service standards are met to a high level.
  • Ensure dealers are actively and effectively demonstrating Colebrook Bosson Saunders products to support sales conversion and customer engagement.
  • Plan and deliver product training sessions for key stakeholders, including Sales Managers, Sales Support teams, and Installation Teams, to strengthen product knowledge and enhance sales capability.
  • Attend end‐user mock‐ups and presentations, providing subject‐matter expertise and commercial support as required.
  • Respond to and fulfil all client requests efficiently, maintaining a consistently high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in dealer sales meetings and client meetings as required to remain aligned with agreed objectives, opportunities, and priorities.
  • Work closely with intercompany Sales Managers across dealer accounts, maintaining full visibility of active and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure dealers and associated showrooms are kept up to date on new product launches, including bespoke or special customer solutions.
  • Plan and schedule all account visits at least one week in advance, demonstrating strong time‐management skills and ensuring balanced support across the dealer network without bias.
  • Actively engage with the specification community throughout the design lifecycle, positioning CBS as a preferred partner and trusted expert in ergonomic and workspace solutions.
  • Drive the development of sustainable sales volume and revenue growth within the region.
  • Collaborate closely with the Insights Manager to develop compelling insight‐led messaging and impactful presentations that equip dealers with actionable strategies to improve the sales process, while positioning Colebrook Bosson Saunders as the leading authority in ergonomic innovation and workplace solutions.
General:
  • Provide support for client enquiries, including preparing quotations, managing sample requests, and handling general account administration.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce) on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy across pipelines, quotations, and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with the dedicated Sales Support team member, enabling effective coverage of day‐to‐day administrative tasks when out of the office.
  • Manage general administrative and commercial planning activities, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and the development of Market Development Plans for presentation to the Leadership Team.
  • Attend events and exhibitions as required to support sales activity, customer engagement, and brand presence.
