Role Purpose
Cover the North of England and Scotland, based out of Manchester/Liverpool. To meet and exceed the financial and activity targets set by MillerKnoll by developing, managing, and converting sales opportunities within a defined territory. The role focuses on generating demand and creating buying potential for MillerKnoll products through targeted territory activity, lead generation, and strong engagement with architects, designers, dealers, and end clients. The position operates both independently and in partnership with dealer networks, coordinating MillerKnoll and dealer resources to progress opportunities. The role holder will take full ownership and accountability for sales opportunities through to order placement, while providing accurate forecasting and relevant market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets through proactive lead generation and new business development, with a strong focus on identifying, creating, and converting sales opportunities within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects and Designers to secure specification of MillerKnoll products on local projects.
- Maximise the use of MillerKnoll and dealer showrooms to host A&D presentations, client events, seminars, and networking activities.
- Sell the full product portfolio across all the MillerKnoll brands.
- Identify, develop, and own new business opportunities in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, allocating opportunities to the appropriate dealer.
- Collaborate with dealers on larger dealer-generated new business opportunities and competitively held accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with National.
