Purpose
You will support the effective execution of the product portfolio by enabling speed, accuracy, and consistency across product systems, data, and operational processes. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the role plays a critical supporting function within the Product team, ensuring that product information, systems and workflows are reliable and aligned to commercial and launch requirements, with a strong focus on the North American market.
Responsibilities / Key Deliverables
- Product Development Execution Support
- Support execution of the New Product Commercialisation (NPC) process by maintaining documentation, supporting project timelines, and ensuring key milestones remain on track.
- Assist Senior and Product Managers with coordination and follow-through across defined workstreams.
- Product Setup & System Coordination
- Support the setup of new products and extensions in line with agreed timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant functions to implement system updates, workflows, and corrections, ensuring product data is correctly established ahead of launch and commercial activity.
- Product Data & System Integrity
- Own the accuracy and consistency of product data across systems, including pricing, configurations, materials, and options.
- Audit and manage price adjustments, maintain the product material database, and help ensure alignment across global systems supporting the portfolio.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Support
- Identify opportunities to improve product-related processes, contributing to reduced friction and improved ways of working across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
- Reporting & Data Readiness
- Support the preparation and validation of data inputs for pricing activity, portfolio reviews, and product performance discussions.
- Ensure information is accurate, complete, and available to support timely decision‑making.
- Product & Market Knowledge (NAC Focus)
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of the product portfolio, competitors, and customer needs, particularly within North America.
- This includes familiarity with construction and materials, standards conformance, product terminology, material specifications, pricing and margin mechanics, inventory considerations, competitive products, and relevant market data.
- Project & Dealer Support (NAC Focus)
- Support Sales activity and product‑related queries, including participation in major projects (e.g. GEM) within North America.
- Provide accurate product information to support specifications, applications, and customer discussions, escalating complex issues as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Experience in a product, operations, commercial, or systems‑focused role
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate data across multiple systems
- Structured and organized, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales
- Analytical mindset, with confidence working with data, pricing information, and documentation
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support stakeholders and respond to queries clearly and effectively
- Experience supporting North American markets is desirable
Dimension of the Role
Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy and part of a team of 4, the Associate Product Manager will be based from the NaughtOne head office in Harrogate. The role holder is responsible for supporting product execution, systems accuracy and operational efficiency. The role works closely with Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Sales to ensure product information and processes support successful development, launch, and ongoing portfolio performance, while building foundational product expertise and experience.
