Purpose
The Warehouse Supervisor at NaughtOne will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring stock is received, stored, recorded, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on schedule. You will provide hands-on supervision, coach and develop warehouse operatives, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and on-time delivery. The role works closely with the Materials Planner, Production and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the team: Direct and support warehouse operatives; set daily priorities, monitor performance and maintain team standards.
- Stock control: Maintain and improve stock control processes, including component, product and packaging checks to protect inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack and dispatch: Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched correctly to meet on-time-in-full targets.
- Quality and problem resolution: Log, investigate and resolve quality issues; drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- KPIs and reporting: Monitor departmental metrics and report performance to the Factory Manager; use data to drive improvements.
- Planning: Assist with weekly and periodic scheduling in coordination with Logistics, Procurement and Production.
- Equipment oversight: Coordinate routine servicing and report maintenance issues for warehouse equipment.
- Cross-department coordination: Liaise with internal departments to coordinate component flows, inspections and transfers.
- Health & safety: Enforce factory H&S protocols and promote a safety-first culture across the team.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Education: GCSE standard in Maths and English.
- Experience: Hands-on warehouse experience, ideally within manufacturing; minimum 3 years in a supervisory/team leader role.
- Systems: Proficient in MS Office; experience with Microsoft Navision or other MRP/ERP systems advantageous.
- Leadership: Strong coaching, people-management and communication skills.
- Operational aptitude: Able to plan, prioritise and problem-solve under pressure with attention to detail.
- Health & safety: Good knowledge of factory H&S requirements.
- Driving: Full driving licence required for travel across sites.

- Based at: NaughtOne Factory, Elland.
- Reports to: Factory Manager.
- Liaison with: Procurement, Production and Logistics teams to ensure on-time-in-full delivery and Reliability.
